Jere & Eileen Dutt founded our company in 1952. A milkman and a secretary from Akron, Ohio. . . Humble beginnings. Their drive and commitment to people paved the way for my just our family, not just our company, but and entire industry. Their success set an example... A chain reaction that led thousands upon thousands of people to achieve their own personal and professional goals in entrepreneurship. Couldn't be prouder of where we came from and where we're going!

Jere Dutt
VP
As a third generation IBO Jere has been around the business his entire life. Working full time at the DEI office since 1991 he is versed in both the product and business development aspects of DEI.
Working together with his wife, Rochelle, Jere has maintained a focus on helping people lead better lives through our products and our opportunity.
As their four adult children are out of the home the empty nest allows for some additional free time. Jere spends his personal time traveling as a philatelic judge and stamp exhibitor as well as for music events.

Office Manager & Friendly Greeter
Keokee, our organized Office Manager, is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our diverse products. She is the go-to person for any questions or inquiries you may have about our health, beauty, and home items. Pablo, our official greeter, is always eager to welcome you with a tail wag!
Pablo is an avid swimmer, and Keokee loves to travel! She lists Thailand and Colombia as favorite destinations.

Paul has been with DEI since 1999, ensuring smooth operations with his expertise. If you have a question, he has an answer . . . or knows how to find one!
Paul is also very active in his hometown community of Barberton. He is the President of Barberton Youth Soccer and Head Coach for the Barberton HS Boys Varsity Soccer team!
Paul, his wife and two boys enjoy the vibrant boardwalk and beaches of Wildwood, New Jersey every year, and highly recommend it as a fun getaway!

When she married Jason Dutt in 1994, she excitedly joined both the family and the family business and over the years they have built their own profitable Amway business. Back then, she found herself spending time in the office just to be with all the amazing people who chose to explore having their own business. While there, she started bookkeeping for Jody & Gina Dutt personally and eventually Dutt Enterprises as well.
As an IBO, Stacy is knowledgeable about all the beauty, health and homecare solutions Amway offers. She especially loves the Artistry skin care & cosmetics line, having been trained for skin analysis with the Skin D.R. machine and “all-things” Artistry through the Crowning Touch system.
In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, sampling new food, playing a variety of boardgames and traveling with family and friends alike.
